Doug is the Executive Director for the EDA.  His responsibilities include working with private industry and government in supervising economic development in the County, strategic planning for the corporation, and working with state and local leaders in business and government.  As Executive Director, Doug often serves as a liaison to provide the necessary link between public and private sectors, and monitors issues which may affect the competitiveness of our local industry and communities.

David is the Director of Business Attraction of the Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County and is responsible for coordinating various market research and promotion activities on behalf of the EDA to identify and bring new businesses to the county. This position concentrates on working with prospective manufacturing companies and participates with state and regional economic development agencies in marketing to targeted industry sectors. The Director of Business Attraction also prepares location analysis and development incentive packages to induce industry to expand or locate in St. Clair County.

Rene is the Business Retention & Community Services Specialist. She is responsible for leading the organization's program of regular retention visits to St. Clair County manufacturing companies as well as assisting local units of government in the planning and financing of economic development activities.

The Senior Administrative Assistant for the EDA maintains the EDA database, updates and maintains the website, and conducts the Wage and Benefit Survey, organizes major membership events and provides general support for small business development functions.

Sandy is the Administrative Assistant to the EDA.  She coordinates special projects, administers EDA Board of Directors' functions and communications, and assists the Executive Director with scheduling and correspondence.
